17 Sep INNOVEC LED LIGHTING FEATURED ON NEW MELBOURNE E-CLASS TRAMS

Innovec Controls LED lights are now flashing amber and red on the new ‘E-Class’ Trams in Melbourne. 2014 winner of the Australian Good Design Award, the ‘E-Class’ Trams are the first Australian-built trams in over 12 years, and include 40% local content. Innovec’s contribution includes amber LED turning indicators and red LED stop and tail lights. The LEDs provide a low cost, eco-friendly lighting solution to improve not only safety but also exterior aesthetic, remaining consistent with the trams’ iconic “Mr. Moon”-inspired design.
