The DIR35 Powered Process Indicator is a 120/240VAC or 12-40VDC powered 3.5 digit (1999 count) process indicator supplied in a panel mount enclosure with a 14.2mm high LED display with 2 alarm set points which can switch 240VAC at 1 amp with 99% dead band. The instrument is rangeable in engineering units for millivolt, milliamp and voltage inputs. Range cards are available for PT100 resistance bulbs. An optional 24VDC at 30mA loop supply is available for the direct connection of 2 wire transmitters.
The DIR35 Powered Process Indicators is an advanced instrument that has been designed and manufactured to stringent specifications which accept all the standard analogue process signals.
The DIR35 provides two (2) set point relays with 99% dead band. All the set point relays have changeover contacts and will switch one amp at 240VAC resistive. Screw terminal electrical connection by two part plug connectors allows simple connection and disconnection.
A 3.5 digit high contrast light emitting diode (LED) of 14mm digit height with a wide viewing angle and a reading rate of 2.5 per second. The digits have a viewing distance of 5 metres.
Three (3) position user selectable by push on jumper.
Two (2) switch point relays are provided with form C contacts rated at 240VAC one (1) ampere resistive.
120/240VAC 47-63 Hz or factory fitted DC to DC converter isolator from 5 to 48VDC.
A 24VDC at 30mA transducer power supply is incorporated in the instrument.
DIR35: 300 grams
Panel mounting plastic enclosure of case dimensions 96mm wide by 48mm high by 161mm deep with a panel cut out of 91mm wide by 43mm high.
