INPUT DETAILS

The pump and flow meter are chosen to suit the application.

The following additional information is usually required to properly engineer the application.

1. Viscosity of the product to be pumped and filled into containers
2. Specific gravity of the product
3. Name of the product or type of chemical

With this portable system it can be wheeled (or pushed) next to the tank where the filling is to be done. The filling hose has a nozzle assembly fitted to the end of the hose. This nozzle assembly incorporates start and stop push buttons which start and stop the filling system.

The operator can configure the system for a 5 gallon fill, hold the nozzle over the container to be filled and press the start button. Liquid will flow and when five gallons has been pumped the system will automatically shut off. The operator can then move onto the next container to be filled. Please note: If during a 5 gallon fill the operator has put 3 gallons into a container and needs to stop the filling process temporarily, then that can be achieved by pressing the stop button. The operator can then continue by pressing the start button and put the remaining 2 gallons into the container.
