16 Sep THE IPT HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH AN LCDSCREEN
Innovec Controls has just released its newest product, it is an update of the popular printing totalisor, replacing the LED display with an LCD screen with a clearer and crisper display.
The IPT has been employed in a wide variety of different locations, serving different functions. It is popularly used by truck operators in order to easily measure the amount of a particular liquid is dispensed, with an easily printable receipt for both the client and their customer, allowing for hassle-free proof of delivery.
The IPT Powered Printing Totaliser is a programmable instrument which totalises flow and prints a docket with batch total, accumulated total, job name, time and date. The input type is DIP switch selectable for CMOS logic, open collector transistor, reed switch, Hall effect and turbine meter. The input measurement is shown on a high contrast LCD (one line of eight alphanumeric digits) and printed out on a 40 character printer.
The instrument counts input pulses from one channel with a single pulse train or optional quadrature pulse with reverse flow detection, displays the totalised value and prints the value on command. The input signal is DIP switch selectable for CMOS logic, open collector transistor, reed switch, Hall effect and turbine meter (20mV peak to peak minimum).
