IAI – Product Release

The IAI Additive Injection Controller is a universally powered (85-265VAC) or 10-40VDC powered injection controller for liquids featuring a 2.8 inch TFT colour LCD display at 320×480 pixels, a M3 32 bit ARM processor and quadrature pulse input for main and additive flow. The IAI Controller combines with an additive injection manifold to provide a compact additive injection system. The system is configured by push buttons on a four-button infrared remote control or RS485 communication from a host.

The IAI monitors ‘main flow’ and injects additives, automating the process of putting additives into fuel. This is especially popular in the diesel industry, as (with the right ingredients) it can render diesel markedly more efficient.

A central element which has made this product appealing to clients is its ease of use, due to its simplified programming, rendering it much easier to operate. The IAI stands out against its competitors as it is simple and easy to use, without sacrificing quality. Additionally, much of the competition required specialists to explain and train people on how the product works, however the IAI is much different.
